What is a snail mail club?
- A snail mail club is a subscription that sends you a tangible envelope with a curated letter and goodies to look forward to in the mail every month. Think of it as a curated "pen pal" network where the focus is on the art of the letter, the tactile experience of paper, and the joy of finding something in your mailbox that isn’t a bill or a flyer.
When will I get my mail?
- Sign up the month before to get next month's mail. For example, sign up by January 31st to receive February's mail. I send out the letters around the 3rd week of the month. If you are located in the U.S you will receive your letter within 1-2 weeks. International members will receive their letter within 2-6 weeks.
Is there tracking for the letters?
- Mail Club Subscription are sent by USPS letter stamp postage with no tracking so please be patient for it to arrive in your mailbox!
What if I put the incorrect address?
- If you put the wrong address by mistake no need to panic. You can manage your subscription by logging into your account and updating the address. If you still need help updating your address after logging into your account, feel free to send me an email.
Do you accept returns?
- We generally do not accept returns do to the nature of snail mail. Email us if you think you have a special circumstance.
What if I need to cancel?
- To manage your subscription, log into your account or click "view order" on an email confirmation.
Do you ship to other countries?
- Yes! We ship to most countries except countries on the USPS restricted list or countries with U.S sanctions.
